Post a group buy (Strava, YouTube, a cabin, whatever). Interested people pledge the money immediately. Funds sit in Planpool escrow. When the seat count hits your threshold, you buy and deliver. If you don't, we refund.
1. PostName the plan, the total cost, and the minimum seats.
2. PledgeOthers pay now. Highest per-seat price is charged so the group can actually fund.
3. LockHit the minimum (or the max) and lock. Extra seats trigger an automatic surplus refund.
4. DeliverOrganizer buys and shares access. No delivery: open a dispute and we triage a refund.
